DRASS SS.HS.702 Diving LARS

The DRASS SS.HS.702 Diving LARS is a single A-frame launch and recovery system for the controlled deployment and recovery of divers by basket. The unit is unused, built by DRASS for a DSV project that did not proceed, and is offered by CTEK for direct installation or integration into a containerised diving spread.

• Single A-frame, configurable for longitudinal or transversal deployment
• Basket and anchor winch rated to 1,500 kg, with up to 180 m wire length
• AISI 316L diver basket (1200 × 1200 × 2000 mm), with 2 × 50 L emergency gas cylinders at 300 bar
• Mounted on a 10ft container basement, expandable to a twin LARS on a 20ft container

Applications

The LARS can be installed permanently on a diving support vessel or mounted as part of a containerised spread for mobilisation across multiple vessels, supporting surface-supplied diving on offshore, nearshore and marine construction projects.
