DRASS Diving Mix Gas System

Qty.

The DRASS Diving Mix Gas System is a complete surface-supplied diving system for air and mixed gas operations, rated to 50 MSW on air and 70 MSW on mixed gas. Built by DRASS for a DSV project that did not proceed, the system is unused and offered by CTEK as a full diving spread: dive control and machinery, decompression and launch and recovery in three integrated assets.

Key Features

  • DC/MCON dive control and machinery container (20ft, DNV 2.7-1) with mix-gas diver panels, HP/LP compressors, diver hot water units, UPS and supervisory communications with video recording
  • 2000 mm diameter DRASS deck decompression chamber (DDC), DNV classed, built into a 20ft high-cube DNV 2.7-1 container with its control panel
  • Hyperbaric fire-fighting system, fire deluge with automated detection, and a 7 L SCBA emergency escape system with communications
  • DRASS SS.HS.702 single A-frame LARS with a 1,500 kg basket and anchor winch and up to 180 m wire length

Applications

The system can be integrated permanently on a diving support vessel or re-engineered by CTEK into a modular containerised package for mobilisation and demobilisation across multiple vessels and project sites, supporting air and mixed gas diving on offshore, nearshore and marine construction work.

Why Choose the DRASS Diving Mix Gas System

It provides a complete, matched diving spread from a single OEM in unused condition, without the fabrication lead time of a new build. The two acquisition routes, as-is or containerised conversion, let the buyer match the system to a fixed vessel or a project-based fleet.
